Both parties are ready to settle the matter. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that they shall inform the date of settlement talk, to the complainant's counsel. Counsel for the complainant also agreed. So the complainant can settle the matter with the opposite party within 15 days. The opposite party is directed to give the original insurance certificate of the vehicle to the complainant within 15 days. So the complainant can withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint if the matter is not settled. Hence the petition dismissed.
