                Correct address of the opponent/respondent not furnished by the petitioner in terms of order dated 18.02.2019 despite availing the number of opportunities and more than reasonable time. Under the circumstances, no purpose will be served to keep this execution pending on the roster of this Forum.

                As and when, petitioner comes to know about the correct address or where abouts of the moveable or immovable property of the opponent, then petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh execution petition, disclosing particulars of this execution and its fate. Record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records, treating it unsatisfied.
