Today is fixed for passing order of this review application.

The argument highlighted by petitioner/ applicant side has already been heard on 25.7.2022.

It is the main point of contention and argument of the applicant side that at the operative portion of the judgment passed in C.C. case no. 65 of 2021 there are some error which are required to be modified by way of review.

On the background of the above noted position the Members of the District Commission after close examination of the judgement passed in the C.C. case no. 65 of 2021 finds that there are two unintentional errors at the operative part of the judgement due to inadvertence and typographical errors. At the ordering portion at paragraph no. 2 in place of the word “O.P.s”, it would be op no. 1(a) and op no. 1(b).

At the body of the judgement at page 3 and 4 in place of “Union Bank of India”, there would be “United Bank of India”.

Let the above noted two defects be cured in the judgment passed on 12.7.2022.

Thus, the judgment dt. 12.7.2022 is modified to this extent.

In light of the observation made above the review application being no. 7 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of.
