A  Rajesh, President.

Complainant present.  Opposite party filed a memo stating that they are ready to settle the matter in terms of the memorandum filed by them  to which the complainant is not at all agreeable.  However in our opinion    the stand taken by  the complainant was not be entertained as reasonable as the opposite party has readily  without  much delay expressed their willingness to comply with the demands made in the complaint.  We think it is a reasonable step taken by the opposite party  in the right direction.   Even if the proceedings are pursued further the complainant in our view  can’t  gain much out of the litigation.  Therefore the proceedings in this complaint stands closed with a direction to the opposite party to comply with the term set out in their own memo as it is found to be a reasonable settlement.

Pronounced in the open Forum on this the  15th day of December  2011.
