            The case is fixed on today for hearing on admission. Records shows that dates have been elapsed. No step taken. So perused the petition  which  reveals as  per the registration  certificate ownership of the vehicle retained in favour of CDMO Bolangir, so also the insurance certificate (Cover), hence no document placed before the forum that the applicant has the locus stand being the consumer in the case also to be retained  as an applicant under the MOU. The MOU clause(2) speaks the club is responsible for maintenance of the ambulance and  rate for movement of the ( Vehicle) ambulance shall be fixed by the lions club. Latter clause appears a commercial proposition is involved in the matter. Neither the applicant  Complainant nor any authorised representative appeared before the forum to satisfy or in clarification on the issue inspire of  allowing   repeated dates. In view of the above made discussion , the petition is herewith rejected  u/s.12 of sub-section-3 of the consumer protection Act 1986.
