Put up the record on the basis of the petition filed by the Complainant.

The case is originally fixed on 04/08/2016 for filing evidence on affidavit, W/Ar. also hearing of argument.

The Complainant stated as follows –

1. The Complainant has filed a complaint petition before the Ld. Forum for redressing of all disputes against the O.Ps.
2. Meanwhile the above noted disputes amicably settled between the petitioner and the O.Ps and no other disputes are pending against the O.Ps.
3. The Complainant is intended to withdraw the case with full satisfaction and not to continue the matter in future.

The petition of the Complainant is duly verified by the Ld. Agent.

Therefore, we have no hesitation to disposed off the case.

Hence,

           it is ORDERED

                                      that the present case be and the same is disposed off being withdrawn.

Let plain copy of this Final Order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to the concerned party.
