Complainant present. Mr.Ramesh K. Shah, Partner of Opposite Party No.1 present alongwith Ld.Advocate Bindu Jain of Opposite Party Nos.1,3, 4 & 5. Opposite Party No.2 is absent. On 06/08/2010 the Complainant and Opposite Parties have filed consent terms. Consent terms are read and recorded. Parties have amicably settled dispute out of Court. Today the Complainant has filed pursis for withdrawal of complaint stating that he has received possession of flat in question. Permission is granted to withdraw the complaint. Hence, complaint is disposed off as withdrawn. No order as to cost.
