                   Raghbeer Singh Vs Modern Automobiles

 

Present:     None for the parties.

 

                   Today the execution is fixed for awaiting further order from the Hon’ble State Commission. No further order is received. None has put in appearance on behalf of the parties. Position remains the same as on the last two adjourned dates. Appeal under the order of execution is pending before the Hon’ble State Commission and Hon’ble State Commission vide order dated 06.02.2021 has stayed the order dated 03.12.2018 passed by this Commission. In view of the above, the file is adjourned of sine-die, with the observation that as and when any order will be received from the Hon’ble State Commission, it will be restored and proceeded further as per law.
