Today Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh Sohal, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the Opposite Party No.4 entered into compromise with the Complainant and sent a Cheque bearing No.728617 dated 02.07.2021 for amount of Rs.54,000/- to the Complainant which was duly received by the Complainant and same is presented in his Bank for the realization of Cheque. Now the Complainant withdraw the above said complaint, subject to the realization of above said Cheque. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised, subject to the realization of above said Cheque. File be consigned to the record room.
