None present for the appellant. Adv.Alaspurkar is present for Resp. Perusal of the Record & Proceding shows that this commission issued notices on 10/2/14 to both the parties for hearing on 17/4/14, but no report about service of notice to the appellant is received. However we presume that the notice is duly served to the appellant as it was issued on the correct address as shown in the appeal memo as well as in complaint. But none appeared for the appellant on last date and today also.  Hence the appeal deserves to be dismissed. Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.
