          Learned counsel for complainants has made a statement, recorded separately, to the effect that due to some technical defects, he wants to withdraw the present complaint, same may be dismissed as withdrawn and further prayed for liberty to file fresh consumer complaint on the same cause of action before District Commission. 

2.      In view of above, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to complainants to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before District Commission.
