ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to refund a sum of Rs.74,850/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.   

 

 

 

 

Both complainant and opposite party counsel filed Memo stating that the case is settled out of Forum and the opposite parties paid a sum of Rs.74,850/- by way of demand draft.  The complainant also made endorsement in the Notes paper.  Hence the Memo is recorded.   In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No cost.
