          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to refund the mobile cost of Rs.8,999/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant counsel called absent.  No representation also.   Claim against the opposite party-1 already dismissed.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.   No cost.
