    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to rectify the defects in the apartment  and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- towards mental agony and physical pain  and also to pay cost of the complaint to the complainant.
