THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.65,000/- and Rs.1,01,124/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 19.01.2015 to till the date of realization, to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, unfair trade practice, deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for the delay in refunding with cost to the complainant.
