This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to replace the defective Volkswagen Vento car bearing No.TN 09 CA 5900 with a non-defective brand new Volkswagen Vento and also direct the opposite parties to jointly and severally take care of the registration, insurance  and miscellaneous expenses towards the new car, to repay Rs.88,000/- being the amount paid by the complainant to the bank from July 2015 to June 2016 and subsequent interest payable and also other expenses relating to the car loan towards the defective car and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, stress, sufferings hardships, trauma, monetary loss etc  with cost to the complainant.
