            No representation for complainant.  This complaint is posted today for appearance of complainant and for filing proof affidavit of complainant or for dismissal.   When this matter was called at 11.00 A.M., there is no representation for the complainant.  Hence, the matter was passed over and again called at 01.00 Noon.  But the complainant was again not present.   Since the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case, the complaint is liable to be dismissed.
