This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to complete the pending work as per para. No.6 of the complaint and deliver the possession of the complainants’ flat situated in the first floor facing the road with the built up area of 808 sq.ft. as per the Memorandum of Understanding dated:23.09.2014 in all respects as per the specifications, in premises bearing Plot No.9, CMDA approved Layout, “Ambal Gajalakshmi” Co-Operative Nagar Phase–I, Mangadu Village, Sriperumbur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and also to provide necessary approved car park also, to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- towards rental compensation as agreed by the opposite parties under the Memorandum of Understanding dated:23.09.2014 from January, 2015 onwards till the handing over the flat duly completed in all respects to the complainants, to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, pain and sufferings undergone by the complainants on account of gross deficiency in service, negligence and unfair trade practice adopted by the opposite parties and to pay the cost of the complaint.
Complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement. In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
