ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.19,50,000/- as compensation for mental agony and hardship suffered by the complainants due to non-providing of amenities, the substandard quality of construction and non-completion of the flat till date contrary to the promise made by the opposite party with cost to the complainant.

As per the order in Memo, the complaint is dismissed.  No costs.
