THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to complete the constructions work fully, to rectify the defects in the flat, to replace flooring with the ceramic tiles in the specified size of 18 x 18” inches as per the agreement to pay a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- for the loss rental income for 15 month at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month from October 2013 to March 2015 and to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, mental agony, inconvenience and hardship caused to the complainant with cost.

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and 2nd opposite party were not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version.  Both complainant, 2nd opposite party and their Counsels absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
