This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to replace the complaint mentioned defective equipment or to refund a sum of Rs.53,500/- with interest at the rate of 1.5% per month and pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards compensation for inconvenience and mental agony to the complainant.
Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint. The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time. Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
