 The complainant filed exhibits A13 and A14 bills that he incurred expenditure of Rs.5,27,199.54 vide Ex.A13          

We find force in the contention of the complainant that interest ought to have been awarded as the accident took place on 12.2.2004 and the opposite party neither repudiated nor settled the claim till the date of the filing of the complaint.
