          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to repay the amount of Rs.13,500/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards deficiency in service and mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

         Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  Even after repeated last chances and No further adjournments.   The complainant counsel also called absent.  Hence proof affidavit of complainant is closed.  Since the complainant has not filed proof affidavit to prove the complaint;  This complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
