ORDER

Sri. E.M.MUHAMMED IBRAHIM , B.A, LLM,President

Complainant and counsel called absent. Junior .Adv. Shafeek  prays for time to examine the complainant. The said Adv. is  admittedly not a junior to the advocate, having vakalath.  Hence it  is to be considered that the complainant has not properly represented also, when the case is posted for cross examination of the complainant.

         -2-

As the complainant and counsel for the complainant called absent when the complaint is posted for cross examination of the complainant and the counsel for the opposite party is ready for cross examination, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in proceeding with the case.

In the result, the complaint stands dismissed for default. No costs.

Dated this the 12th  day of April  2018.
