ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to return the said refrigerator in a good condition or else restore the fridge in its actual state prior to the burning of internal wiring on 30.12.2015 or pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards the cost of the Fridge and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for physical strain and mental agony with cost of Rs.2,500/- to the complainant.

 Proof Affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  Complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.
