                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party  to replace the defective Computer Tab with new one or cost of the computer tab Rs.7549/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as compensation  and Rs.3500/- as cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
