THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and damages,  and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as cost of the complaint.

        Both counsels for complainant and the opposite parties jointly filed Memo stating that “the matter is settled out of Forum.   Hence the Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
