This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- towards monthly interest from 24.06.2015 to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.1,01,920/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with cost of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel also called absent.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
