This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to handover the flat as per approved plan after construction to the complainant, to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per men sum to the complainant from 05.03.2008 to till the date of handing over the flat, to ensure free passage of 5 feet (1.5 mts) throughout on the Eastern side of the Schedule mentioned building, to handover a letter of completion of the building and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for damages with cost to the complainant.

Joint Compromise Memo filed on 11.06.2010 which is recorded today.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.  Joint Compromise Memo form part of the order.
