This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 3 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to refund a sum of Rs.24,394/- balance amount in two chits together with 12% interest from 09.10.2013 to till the date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, pain and sufferings caused due to gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and inconvenience and hardship due to the negligent act of the opposite party, a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of proceedings to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.   No costs.
