This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for  mental torture, harassment and mental strain with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
