Sh.Amarpreet Singh Grover,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.2 got recorded his statement that without admitting the contents of the compliant and as goodwill gesture, the opposite party No.2 is ready to refund the bill amount of Rs.14500/- within one month from the date of receipt of copy of order subject to returning back the R.O.alongwith accessories to the opposite party No.2. In view of the above statement, Sh.Sartaj Singh, father and authorized representative of the complainant got recorded his statement that being the authorized representative of the complainant, he accepts the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party No.2 in the Forum today and in view of above statement made by the counsel for the opposite party No.2, he withdraws the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
