This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to provide full data which has been promised and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for mental torture and sufferings with cost to the complainant.

 

 Proof Affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the contents in the complaint.  Complainant also called absent for a long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.
