THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to restrain the unethical act of claiming the amount of Rs.14,44,365/-, to curtail the unfair trade practice adopted by the opposite party, to issue the original invoice, Sale Deed and No Due Certificate, to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and torture suffered by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for making several visits to the office of the opposite party with cost of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent.   The complaint is dismissed for default.
