          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with interested and also to pay Rs.50,000/- as damages for hardship and to pay cost of the complaint.    

        The complainant counsel filed Memo stating that the complaint is settled out of this Forum.  Hence the Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo,  this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
