          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite pares to reimburse his medical and other expenses/losses detailed in Annexure to the present legal notice amounting to Rs.77,000/- and to pay him a compensation of Rs.4,00,000/- for the mental agony and gross deficiency in service meted out to him and his mother by the opposite parties 1 to 3.

Opposite party present.  Complainant absent.  No representation.  Sufficient time given.  Hence, Complaint  is dismissed for default.
