This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.15,60,000/- as compensation for deficiency in service and negligence along with hardship, mental agony and distress in him and financial crisis due to the activity of the opposite party and cost of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant.

APC not filed for a long time. Proof Affidavit of the complainant also not filed to prove the contentions in the complaint.  Complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.  No representation also.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
