This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to replace the defective TV with a brand new one or to refund the cost price of Rs.88,500/- and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency in service with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant.

Both parties filed a Joint Compromise Memo and is recorded.  In view of the Joint compromise Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  Compromise Memo form part of the order.
