This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.46,490/- being the cost price of the Samsung LED UA40H4240ARL XL 18938-SM Colour TV with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 24.12.2014 to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and tension with cost to the complainant.

Both parties present and filed Joint Memo of Compromise which is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  Joint Memo of Compromise form part of the order.
