THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party  to  pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards medical expenses and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000,00/- as compensation for mental agony and hardship to the complainant.

 The complainant counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
