This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.44,711/- towards IDV of the loss of vehicle and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and monetary loss with cost of Rs.5,289/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite party not filed for proving the contentions raised in the complaint and written version.  Both complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  No representation also.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
