          Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to pay a sum of Rs.10,44,331/- as damages for the deficiency in service with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards the cost the complaint.

In view of the order passed in CMP 256/2015 today this complaint is dismissed as rejected.  The complainant is at liberty to approach the proper forum / court to agitate grievance as per law.
