ORDER

At this stage, the counsel representing the opposite parties has filed a memo that the complainant claiming to be the wife of the insured has not furnished an indemnity bond or a succession certificate for payment of the insurance amount and therefore if the complainant furnishes the indemnity bond against the wrong payment if any, the opposite parties have no objection for settling the claim of the complainant and thus has prayed for disposal of the complaint accordingly. The counsel representing the complainant has no objection for disposing the complaint with these observations. Hence, we pass the following order:- ORDER 1. On the complainant furnishing an indemnity bond as per the performa copy furnished by the counsel for the opposite party to the complainant today for indemnifying the opposite party against the wrong payment, the opposite party shall on satisfying themselves about indemnity bond settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days from the date of furnishing the indemnity bond. 2. Both the parties to bear their own costs. 3. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
