THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

    This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking payment for a sum of Rs.90,000/- towards compensation for mental agony which leads to deficiency of service and to pay cost of Rs.10,000/-.

           Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for a long time.  Complainant and Counsel called absent.  No representation also.  Hence the proof affidavit of the complainant is closed and   the compliant  is  dismissed for default.
