This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, hardship and damages caused to the complainant and the vehicle due to the unfair trade practice and deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties with cost of Rs.1,000/-.

Advocate Mr. Shivakumar and Suresh filed change of Vakalat for the 3^rd opposite party.   The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement in the complaint stating that “the matter was settled out of Court”.  In view of the endorsement, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  No costs.
