ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to reimburse the sum of Rs.3,102/-  and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for deficiency in service and also to pay cost of the complaint.

 

Both represented through counsels and reported settlement.   To that effect, Memo filed and recorded.  Hence this compliant is ordered to be withdrawn and thereby dismissed.  No cost.
