This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- towards compensation for improper surgery carried out on the complainant, ensuing ill health, stress, harassment, mental agony and loss of livelihood with cost of the complaint.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent.  No representation also.  Opposite parties’ Counsel present.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
