This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to return the consideration of Rs.34,391/- with interest from 22.05.2016 to till the date of legal notice and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and sufferings with cost of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
