This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay the prize money of Rs.6,00,000/- with 18% interest and 8 grams of gold and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony to the complainant.

The complainant filed a Memo stating that the matter is settled out of the Forum.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
