This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to allot one reserved car parking space within the Cosmo City Project Area exclusively ear marked for the usage of the complainant or refund the sum of Rs.1,50,000/- collected from the complainant together with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, deficiency in service etc with cost to the complainant.

On verification of records, the complainant has not filed proof Affidavit to prove the contentions raised in the complaint.  No document also marked in evidence through Proof Affidavit.  Heard the opposite parties’ Counsel.   Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
